Punter Hub ("we", "us") is a free social platform where members publish football predictions, vote on each other's calls and are ranked on accuracy. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, lottery, tipster service or financial adviser. We accept no stakes, offer no odds and pay no winnings.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the platform where you live. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

All content is community opinion published for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, a tip, an inducement or a guarantee of any outcome. Any decision you take elsewhere on the basis of content found here is entirely your own, at your own risk. We do not promote gambling and we are not affiliated with any bookmaker.

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and moderate it on the platform. You must have the right to post anything you upload, including slip images, which must be redacted of personal details.

• Selling tips, soliciting stakes or advertising gambling operators or affiliate links.
• Falsified, duplicated or borrowed slip uploads.
• Multiple accounts, bots, scraping or vote manipulation.
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal content or impersonation.
• Match-fixing claims, insider information or attempts to influence a fixture.

We may hide content, void predictions, remove verified status, suspend or close accounts where these terms or the prediction rules are breached. Where practical we tell you why and you may appeal by contacting support.

Fixtures, live scores and results are supplied by third parties and may be delayed or wrong. We provide the platform "as is" and do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Predictions are regraded if an official result is corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from gambling activity you carry out with a third party, reliance on community content, or inaccurate fixture data.
